Chickpeas are one of the Best Snack Foods to Stay Fit or Manage Weight?

Dietitians love Biena. And we love them! Part of the Biena mission is to not only provide a great tasting treat but to also provide a healthy snack that is good for you. Biena's chickpeas provide on average 5 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber. The number one thing a group of registered dietitians recommends is to eat more whole plants such as beans. Chickpeas are a plant-based bean snack. So, you could say WE'RE NUMBER ONE! WE'RE NUMBER ONE!

Ok, ok. We're getting a little braggadocious. We apologize. That isn't the Biena way.
