5 INGREDIENT At-Home Honey Roasted Granola
Granola is a great go-to snack. Whether you are topping your yogurt parfait or just eating it from a bag, this homemade granola mix is the level up you didn’t know you needed. Biena’s signature Honey Roasted Chickpea Snacks add a sweet and slightly salty protein packed punch to your new favorite recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Honey Roasted Almonds
- ½ Cup Biena Honey Roasted Chickpeas
- ½ Cup Crisp Cereal (We used gluten free cereal)
- ½ Cup Peanuts
- ¼ Cup Maple Syrup or Honey
- ¼ TSP Sea Salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325. Line an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and spray with oil.
- Add almonds, cereal, peanuts and salt to a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. Pour maple syrup or honey over this mixture. Fold until well incorporated.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan using a rubber spatula. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 1 hour or until completely cooled. Utilize your spatula to break up any large pieces of granola. Enjoy!
5 Minute Buffalo Ranch Trail Mix
This buffalo ranch trail mix is truly where heat meets cool. This quick & easy recipe can be made in bulk and enjoyed by everyone! This satisfying crunch and mix of flavors will definitely leave you wanting more. Biena’s signature Chickpea Snacks add protein, fiber and a crispy crunch you won’t be able to get enough of!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Biena Buffalo Roasted Chickpeas
- 1 Cup Biena Rockin’ Ranch Chickpeas
- 1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Cup BBQ Pumpkin Seeds
- 5 TBSP Vegan Ranch Seasoning
Instructions:
- Place chickpeas & seeds into a medium sized mixing bowl
- Sprinkle in ranch seasoning and stir until you get an even coating on the snacks.
