Another star on the list, LeBron James, went to a plant based diet during the offseason and attributed his dramatic weight loss to a paleo-vegan diet. Athletes are all about tweaking their lifestyle for marginal gains that can put them on a whole ‘nother level.
To combat her autoimmune disorder, Venus Williams decided to adopt a raw vegan diet. The 38-year old elite athlete is vocal about how her newfound diet has enabled her a successful comeback to tennis.
