1 What You Will Do

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations to architect the next phase of our supply chain and operations engine as we scale rapidly across channels and product platforms.

The VP of Operations is responsible for the full operations lifecycle at Biena, from manufacturing and supply chain strategy to quality, inventory, S&OP, cost management, and commercialization of new products. This leader will build the systems, processes, partnerships, and team required to support Biena’s next wave of transformational growth.

Cost & Operational Finance OwnershipOwn COGS and drive cost-engineering and margin-improvement initiatives.Partner with Finance on inventory valuation, reporting, and operational KPIs.Identify risks, cost savings, and structural efficiencies across the supply chain.6. Commercialization & New Product Scale-UpLead operational commercialization for all innovation, from pilot to first production to national rollout.Ensure supplier readiness, capacity planning, timelines, and documentation are in place.Partner with R&D and Marketing to ensure products scale consistently and profitably.7. Cross-Functional & Executive LeadershipServe as a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadershipteam.Work closely with Sales on forecasted launches, retailer commitments, and channel-specific operational needs.Model a culture of speed, continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration."

Responsibilities

  1. Supply Chain & Operations Leadership

You are an exceptional operator who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments and can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

  • 10-15+ years of progressive experience in Operations/Supply Chain for a CPG business, ideally food or beverage.
  • Proven success managing contract manufacturers and scaling multi-site operations.
  • Deep experience with S&OP, forecasting, inventory management, and cost optimization.
  • Demonstrated track record commercializing new products in fast-growth environments.
  • Strong command of operational KPIs, financial levers, and ERP/Excel-based data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
