Reviews
So Good
"I love the ranch flavor! I had to give up ranch flavored Doritos due to a dairy allergy, but this flavor is a lot like it. Even if Doritos made dairy free versions of their snacks, I'm sticking with Biena because their roasted chickpeas are the best!"
— Tyler B. (5/5)
Buy the "Ranch!"
"I love all the Biena chic peas, but the Ranch flavor is really a favorite. It goes well with any game day snacking and pairs well with whatever else I might be having. Grab a handful or combine it with nuts or toasted corn and it is all good! Can't go wrong with them!"
— Stephen P. (5/5)
My favorite snack!
"The flavor is so good. I could make these on my own, but I can’t match this flavor. It’s perfect! Delicious crunchy snack and so much healthier than others!"
— Dana H. (5/5)

Q&A
- I ordered a 6 pack. I was looking at the nutritional info on the website and compared it to the packing and there are some discrepancies. I’m on an extremely low fat diet due to lymphatic issues. On both the website and the packaging the honey roasted is listed as having 2g of fat per 28g serving. The everything is listed as having 4g of fat per 28g serving. The bbq is listed as having 2.5g of fat per 28g serving. But on the website it lists the sea salt as having 3g per 28g serving but the bag says 6g per 28g serving. And the ranch says 3g per 28g serving on the website but the bag says 7g of fat for a 28g serving. What are the correct amounts of fat? I was excited to find these online due to their low fat content according to the website, so I was rather disappointed to see they had different fat contents on the package. I only get 20g of fat a day, and have to weigh out everything I eat, so these discrepancies make a huge difference on whether I can eat them or not.
- Hi Haylee, We have recently updated our recipe for our snacks to improve our already delicious Chickpeas. We recently updated our packaging and are in the process of updating our website as well.
- What's the sodium amount?
- Hi Arlene, The Sodium amount for Rockin Ranch Roasted Chickpeas is 290mg per serving of 1oz, which is about 50 chickpeas.
