Himalayan Pink Salt 9 Pack

Never received

"I received my order and the shipment did not contain the quantity that I ordered. ~ I sent an email to hello@bienafoods.co. In my email I included pictures of the shipping container and contents. ~ I called 617-202-5210 and 616-357-2761 and left messages regarding this order. ~ I submitted an inquiry through the "Talk To Us" portal on the website. However, no one responded. So I sent email again requesting a follow-up. I still have not heard back. Below is the issue: I only received one (1) 1.05 oz bag of the Chili Lime Edamame, instead of the nine (9) 1.05 oz bags I ordered. I only received one (1) 1.05 oz bag of the Himalayan Pink Salt Edamame, instead of the nine (9) 1.05 oz bags I ordered. ~I did receive all of the Chickpea snacks I ordered. I paid $20.59 for one snack size bag (1.05oz) of Chili Lime Edamame and $20.50 for one snack size bag (1.05 oz) of Himalayan Pink Salt Edamame. So, I had to (reluctantly) dispute the charges."

Did not receive my order

"I didn't receive my order, and I couldn't get a response from the seller. I had to call my bank to dispute the credit card charge. Snacks might be good, but customer service is non-existent."

"I ordered two boxes of 9 packets each of edamame snacks. What I received was two little boxes with one packet in each box. I’ve emailed and left phone messages, detailing order numbers and the issue. I have heard NOTHING. I want Biena to recognize the error and reimburse me my @$50."

Shipment INCOMPLETE

"Gene Ehrens 9:52 AM (3 minutes ago) to Biena, me Hello Biena Snacks, September 16th (PLEASE SEE BELOW} you sent me a nice apologetic note regarding a $20.50 item missing from my shipment #30962. You said that you would deliver this part of the shipment, however, I haven't heard back from you regarding details of the shipment such as a tracking number. I have made several phone calls and emails requesting the promised shipment. You haven't answered any of my phone call messages. You answered 1 of my emails. Trying to get you to make this order right has been too time consuming and frustrating. At this point please close out this issue by refunding me $20.50 to my credit card for the Edamame-Himalyan Pink Salt- 1.05 oz- Pack of 9.
